There are scammers and impersonators claiming to be us.

Do not fall into their lies.

- We do not have a Telegram account.
We have 1 physical store only.
Our physical store is located in Singapore at - 241 Joo Chiat Rd, Singapore 427498.
- We do not have other stores or offices in other parts of the world.
- We do not ship our puppies overseas.
- We do not deliver puppies to your door step.
We do not contact you via another account on Instagram / WhatsApp number to promote or sell you a puppy.
We do not have resellers.
We do not post our puppies on classified ads, reselling platforms, or Craigslist.
We require and encourage prospective owners to visit our store in person to interact with puppy before placing a deposit.

How to protect yourself from a scam?

Be sure to make an appointment to meet our puppies in our store through our official numbers only.
Do not make any payments or transfer of payments to unknown numbers and/or people.
Do not send money internationally.
Do not look for puppies through reseller and/or telegram channels.
"Pure breed or mixed breed puppies under $500 including delivery" - if the deal too good to be true, it is not true.

What to if you are a victim of puppy scam?

Keep all conversation records and lodge a police report immediately.
In Singapore, you can also contact the NCPC's anti-scam hotline at 1800-722-6688.
If you've handed over financial information or given money to a scammer, call your bank, credit card company, payment app or other financial institution. They can block your account momentarily to protect your bank accounts.
If the scammer is impersonating us, send us a screenshot of their profiles so that we can expose them on our social media accounts.
